3. Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, dental advice, diagnosis or a guarantee that any treatment will be suitable for

you.

A consultation is required before any treatment can be recommended or provided. Treatment suitability,

expected outcome, risks, limitations, aftercare and longevity vary from person to person.

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, treatment information, prices,

availability and service details may change from time to time.

4. Treatments and Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline, delay, adapt or discontinue treatment where we believe it is not suitable, safe, appropriate or in the client's best interest. A treatment may not be suitable for every client. Suitability may depend on medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, previous aesthetic treatments, skin condition, treatment area, expectations, age, lifestyle and other individual factors.

5. Results and Expectations

Aesthetic and skin treatment outcomes are not permanent. Some treatments are designed to provide a lighter refresh. Others may offer longer-lasting support when planned carefully. The result and longevity of any treatment can vary from person to person. We do not guarantee perfect results, permanent results, identical results between clients or a particular

aesthetic outcome. Before treatment, we will aim to explain the expected benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, aftercare and likely longevity of the treatment.

6. Consultations

Consultations are an important part of safe and responsible aesthetic practice.

During a consultation, we may discuss your concerns, aims, medical history, previous treatments,

expectations, treatment options, risks, limitations, aftercare and suitability.

A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be provided. Treatment will only be offered where

it is considered suitable and appropriate.

7. Complimentary Consultations and £50 Booking Fee

Dr Seval Aesthetics offers complimentary consultations for clients considering treatment.

To secure your appointment, a £50 refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking through

our website. The consultation itself is free. The £50 payment is a refundable booking fee to secure your appointment time.

If you attend your consultation and go ahead with treatment, the £50 booking fee will be deducted from

your treatment fee.

If you attend your consultation and decide not to proceed with treatment, the £50 booking fee will be

refunded to your original payment method.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your £50 booking fee can either be

transferred to a new appointment or refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, the £50 booking fee may be retained as a late cancellation or missed appointment fee. This helps cover reserved appointment time, room preparation, staff time and the difficulty of offering the appointment to another client at short notice.

If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment with another client, we may refund or transfer your

booking fee at our discretion. If Dr Seval Aesthetics needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, your £50 booking fee will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment, as you prefer. This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you. However, if there is not enough time to carry out the

consultation or treatment safely and properly, your appointment may need to be shortened or

rescheduled.

If your appointment cannot go ahead because you arrive late, your booking fee may be retained.

10. Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking, at consultation, before treatment or on the day of

treatment, depending on the service.

Treatment prices may vary depending on the treatment type, treatment area, product used, complexity

and individual treatment plan.

We aim to provide clear pricing before treatment. If the treatment plan changes, the cost may also

change.

All payments must be made in full unless a different arrangement has been agreed in advance by the

clinic.

11. Refunds

Refunds for eligible booking fees will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–15 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider or

payment processor.

Treatment fees are generally not refundable once treatment has been provided, unless required by law

or agreed by the clinic in exceptional circumstances.

Dissatisfaction with an aesthetic outcome does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Aesthetic

outcomes can vary, and some treatments may require time to settle, review, maintenance, staged care

or further treatment.

12. Medical History and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information before consultation

or treatment. This includes medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, previous aesthetic treatments, previous complications and any other information that may affect treatment

suitability or safety. Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment suitability, safety, results and aftercare.

13. Consent

Before treatment is carried out, clients will be asked to complete relevant consultation, medical history and consent forms. Consent must be informed and voluntary.

Before treatment, the practitioner will aim to explain the treatment, expected benefits, possible risks,

limitations, alternatives, aftercare and likely longevity. Treatment will only be carried out after consent has been given.

14. Risks and Complications

All aesthetic treatments carry some level of risk, even when performed carefully.

Possible effects may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, discomfort, itching, sensitivity,

asymmetry, lumps, infection, inflammation, delayed healing, unsatisfactory result, allergic reaction or

the need for further treatment. Treatment-specific risks will be discussed where relevant before treatment.

For urgent symptoms, severe pain, difficulty breathing, sudden visual changes, signs of serious

infection, severe allergic reaction or any medical emergency, clients should seek urgent medical help

immediately by calling 999, attending A&E or contacting NHS 111 where appropriate.

15. Under-18s

Dr Seval Aesthetics does not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to clients under the age of 18.

We do not book, arrange or carry out cosmetic injectable treatments for anyone under 18, even with

parent or guardian consent. Clients may be asked to provide valid photo identification before treatment. If age cannot be verified, treatment will not proceed.

16. Prescription-Only Medicines

Some aesthetic treatments may involve prescription-only medicines.

Dr Seval Aesthetics does not advertise prescription-only medicines to the public.

Prescription-only treatments can only be discussed and considered after an appropriate consultation

with a suitably qualified prescriber.

A consultation does not guarantee that any prescription-only treatment will be suitable or provided.

17. Photographs and Videos

Treatment record photographs may be requested for consultation, treatment planning, treatment

records, review or comparison purposes.

Photographs or videos will only be used for marketing, website, social media, advertising or

promotional purposes where the client has given separate consent. You may refuse marketing photograph consent without this affecting your care.

try to resolve the matter fairly.

planning, consent, aftercare, safety, payment, legal, insurance, complaints and record-keeping

purposes. Please read our separate Privacy Policy for more information.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on our website.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the

right to bring a claim elsewhere.
