Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 03/07/2026 At Dr Seval Aesthetics, we value your time and we kindly ask our clients to value the appointment time reserved with our team. Dr Seval Aesthetics is a trading name of Sedef Dis Limited. 1. £50 Booking Fee To secure an appointment, a £50 refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking through our website. For complimentary consultations, the consultation itself is free. The £50 payment is a refundable booking fee to secure your appointment time. If you attend your consultation and go ahead with treatment, the £50 booking fee will be deducted from your treatment fee. If you attend your consultation and decide not to proceed with treatment, the £50 booking fee will be refunded to your original payment method. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, your £50 booking fee can either be transferred to a new appointment or refunded. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, the £50 booking fee may be retained as a late cancellation or missed appointment fee. This helps cover reserved appointment time, room preparation, staff time and the difficulty of offering the appointment to another client at short notice. 3. If We Can Fill the Appointment If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment with another client, we may refund or transfer your booking fee at our discretion. 4. Emergencies and Illness We understand that genuine emergencies and illness can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies. In these situations, we will always try to be fair and reasonable.
