Cancellation Policy

Appointment Bookings & Cancellation Policy All appointments booked with Dr. Seval Aesthetics will be made with the agreement of the client, or their designated representative (e.g. personal assistant or guardian), either in person, by telephone, or by email. Dr. Seval Aesthetics will not book an appointment without the client's or their designated representative's agreement, and without notifying them in writing by email or via our booking confirmation system. An appointment that has been booked and confirmed in our diary will be regarded as a valid appointment and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Whilst we will normally send appointment reminders, non-receipt of these reminders does not mean that an appointment has been cancelled. The appointment will be considered valid unless cancelled by the client in writing by email or by telephone. If we need to cancel your appointment, you will be informed by email with the reason for cancellation, as well as by telephone where appropriate. Cancellation Notice & Fees For cancellation of appointments without charge, Dr. Seval Aesthetics requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments not kept, or cancelled by the client or a valid representative without the required 24-hour notice period, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to future appointments. Please note that the deposit forfeiture applies as a cancellation fee and should not be used to calculate treatment fees, which are communicated separately during your consultation. Exceptional Circumstances In the event that the client or a first-degree relative (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) experiences a verifiable emergency within the 24-hour cancellation window, a deposit refund may be requested. All such requests must be supported by appropriate documentation (e.g. hospital discharge letter, medical certificate, or equivalent proof). Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dr. Seval Aesthetics. Complimentary Review Appointments Where a complimentary review appointment of up to 15 minutes is offered as part of a course of treatment, we reserve the right to charge for further review appointments if the complimentary appointment is not attended without sufficient notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment
